I truly enjoyed being there, the place is exceptionally comfortable.

Everything was good, nice staff, magnificent location just next door to many restaurants or attractions, IAD airport and deserted, rural Virginia. The room was immaculately clean and complete with sodas, 1 bar of soap, as example, I had everything needed. There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator upon arrival.

the staffs were extremely great & nice. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, a work desk, and a cable television inside the room.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke and lights/outlets didn't work , switched to another room next day and room was better except no blow dryer, outlets and lights didn't work, and worse part was cockroaches!!!!!! Loaded with them!!! Went to bathroom at night, turned lights on and they were everywhere!!! Needless to say, we packed up and left as soon as we were able. We were given a refund but wasn't worth the fear of bringing those nasty bugs home with us to start an invasion!!!! Beware!!!!

I didn't like it at all i have stayed before same hotel other location but this location have the worse service i can't imagine.

Poor service

The room was spotless, well-decorated, and included a cozy double bed and a TV, and its location was convenient, near a shopping store.

You advertise a breakfast. coffee, apples, granola bars is about all you had.

Unclean, very poor internet, uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Room wasn't stocked with kitchenware, and the kitchenware they finally provided was dollar store quality. Wasn't told they charged extra for pets at booking. Fire alarm went off and was ear shattering and had to wait for the fire department to get there. Bed was hard. Had to ask for mor pillows and was originally told they were booked and didn't have extra, but eventually for the pillows. A/c was brok, but fixed quickly. We couldn't get housekeeping since we had an animal. Father in law was moved rooms and his last room during those few days smelled absolutely terrible.

This place is conveniently located near a great shopping store, making it easy to get around.

No transport to and from the airport. even though they are listed as being 1.3 miles away. I also think I read they did transport when I booked. Supposed to be extended stay. There was a kitchen but there were no cooking or eating utensils in the room. The only place to eat within walking distance is Subway and the staff did not know about or recommend any other way to get food, i.e. delivered or a supermarket. All in all, a very tacky place that does not come through with what they offered.

This place has an amazing location, just a short walk from the airport and surrounded by the beautiful Virginia countryside.

The amount of people hanging out outside of the door. You can't read the door numbers.

The young female clerk was friendly and helpful. But, I would not have had to call her 4 times in one evening if everything was available. The room was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. The two bed pillows however were thin and not comfortable.

Smaller room and set up than the Hawthorn, I usually stay at. No dishes, pots 0r or cutlery to even fix a sandwich. I had to request shampoo, conditioner and soap. They do not provide even the cheapest conditioner. The lights at the bedside were unplugged, the furniture had to moved to get to the plugs. The television was limited in channels with only Direct TV, no news channels. No place for my sons to sit when they came to visit that evening. They did not stay the night. They dropped off keys and papers I needed.
